Lose Weight Diets Tips That Will Change the Way You Look at Food

The lose weight diets in this article will be a great help in your journey to lose weight. Most of you may have been very tired on the tips given by some apparently well known figure. The tips given are based on their high income level which is not practical for common people. Because of this, their weight loss program is not achievable for most of us.
These apparently well known figure advised us to spend half the day in preparing the meals for the whole week and if we are financially capable, we will buy these meals on pre-packaged basis and with the right proportion. Well, for me, this is totally not practical and I have drawn out some diet tips that are more achievable for most people:-
1. When you are dining in restaurant, if possible, always order the kid's meal. You see, normally for the adult's meal the portion is quite big-more than enough for us. When this food is served on the table, our mind has been preconditioned to finish the food. Well, think about it, do you like to see left over on the table or would you prefer to see that all the food are eaten? If you can't order from the kid's menu, order the normal adult meal and share it. By sharing, everyone can taste all the food instead of just eating one type of food.
2. Always store healthy snack food in places you can easily get to. For example, in the office, store a few pack of healthy biscuits (I like wheat or digestive biscuits). At home, place a basket of fruits on the table, some fresh salad in the refrigerator and some healthy snacks in the reading room. This is a good practise because when you are hungry or feel like a quick snack, you can just grab these food that are easily accessible without much thinking.
3. Never buy frozen food and you can substitute them with either fresh vegetable (which is the best) or if you have no time, get canned vegetable. A word of caution that canned vegetables contains a high level of sodium and are in really high in nutrient.
4. Prepare you vegetable by steaming them or eat them fresh. Steaming your vegetable is good because it will preserve the natural nutrients in the vegetable and it is one of the healthiest ways to eat vegetable. Steaming your vegetables will taste good and this will help you to finish all of them.
5. You should always sit properly and eat your food. Never stand and eat your food; when you do that, you are more likely to consume more food without thinking much. Let me ask you ask thing. How often do you see people eat by standing up? Seldom right? And when you see peoples eat by standing up, most of the time they will be consuming lots of food quickly and without giving mush thought to the food they consume. When you sit down and eat, you will be more focus and at peace and hence will be in better position to thoroughly think about the food you eat.
6. Spread out your meals. Instead of just eating 3 meals a day, think about eating 5 meals a day. Here I am not talking about eating 5 big portions of meals but spread out your meals in smaller portion and eat the food 5 times a day.
When you only consume 3 meals a day, your body will react by storing extra in the body. This is in anticipation of the activity that you will do. On the other hand, when you spread out your meal 5 times a day, your body's metabolism will be working all through the day and hence burning more fat and that will help you to get rid of more weights.
7. Drink more fruit juice instead of soft drink. Soft drink is full of sugar and calories. Drinking them more will only increase your body weight. I consider them as junk and "make you feel good food" that we can occasionally take.
8. Drink lots of water. Your body needs water to assist in digestion and other process in the body i.e. cleansing of your body system. Besides, taking more water is also good for your skin for those who are more concern about their beauty.
9. If you can't afford a gym membership, then make a plan to exercise together with your friends. Have activity for at least 3 times a week. You can engage in sports like volleyball, basketball or jogging in a group around the park.
So, there you have it, all the lose weight diets in order to help you shed some pounds. Go on and start implementing it today because action is the start of a 'new you'. Without any action, you are wasting your precious time reading this. It is like a man standing in front of the mirror at one moment, and then forgot what he looks like the next moment.
