Banana-Chocolate Parfaits 4 Points+

Banana-Chocolate Parfaits is an easy, delicious and healthy low calories, low fat, low cholesterol, low sodium, low carbohydrates, WeightWatchers (4) PointsPlus, diabetic and heart healthy recipe. Chocolate pudding, layered with bananas and whipped topping. A simple and delicious recipe for a dessert or a snack. Makes 4 servings. INGREDIENTS:
1 (1.4 oz) box fat-free sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups cold skim milk
2 bananas, sliced
3/4 cup frozen light whipped topping, thawed, divided


DIRECTIONS:
1. Beat together the pudding mix and milk with a whisk for 2 minutes.
2. Spoon half the pudding evenly and equally into 4 dessert glasses; cover with layers of bananas and half the whipped topping. Top with remaining pudding and whipped topping.
